Ashleigh Goodyear is the face behind G00dyear Ph0t0graphy and is a freelance automotive photographer specialising in racing and advertising photography. 
 

As a car fanatic turned photographer, Ashleigh Goodyear combines her passions for motorsports and photography to create a powerful imagery through the use of high contrast editing and vibrant colours which never fail in passing on the adrenaline associated with all aspects of the racing experience. 

 

Goodyear’s passion lies within capturing as much of the racing experience as possible, by doing this she primarily creates fast shutter action shots and stills of motors in action all over the UK, this is not the limit of her photographic experience as she is also experienced in taking portraits and snapshot imagery of life within the pit-crews, showing typically unseen aspects of motorsports culture.

 

In contrast to the vibrant imagery which surrounds Goodyear’s racing photography, she also creates minimal and refined stills which she used to create her own adaptations and reinterpretation of classic vehicle advertising. This aspect of her photographic work also represents her dedication and desire to experiment and remain playful with her practice.
